To enhance WebSphere Automation (WSA) to install and rollback multiple iFixes for a list of WebSphere Application Servers

This IDEA is part 2 of https://ideas.ibm.com/ideas/WASINTOPS-I-107 . it builds on top of IDEA WASINTOPS-I-109  and extend to multiple servers.

The current design of the product focuses on detecting unresolved security vulnerabilities that affect traditional WebSphere and Liberty servers. It facilitates the application of security fixes one by one on each server.
Some customers have hundreds of servers. It becomes tedious and time-consuming to apply fixes one by one. My customer would like to use the GUI of WSA to select one or more servers, display the list of unresolved vulnerabilities,  choose the ifixes to be installed (e.g., based on the CVSS score). The downtime for the servers should be minimal; e.g., WSA should bring down each server once to install the whole list of ifixes instead of recycling the server for each fix.

The same idea applies to ifixes rollback. If a problem occurs after the ifixes installation, it is necessary to roll back quickly to restore services. The current design of rolling back ifixes one by one needs to be more efficient.
