Importing versions from raw nexus repository

We want a feature enhancement for component version import for the Nexus raw type repository.

We have been trying to achieve this feature, but it is not working due to product limitations, as we understand from case TS015638587.

Currently, the Nexus raw type repository is unable to filter non-relevant versions from being imported into the component.

For example, there is a folder rcs with a subfolder main in the repository, and there is a zip file inside this folder named rcs.zip.

We would like to import artifacts in the directory /rcs/main only.

In UCD, in the component configuration, under Version Source Configuration, we have defined the component group name and selected the Latest version checkbox. However, this results in artifacts from different folders being imported as well.

We only require the zip file to be imported, which is clearly specified in the "include filter" section of the following page.

It is unable to filter non-relevant versions from being imported into the component.
