We need to change Component Version Status on deploy, but do not allow user to change it

We want each component version to be deployed to all environments: DEV, INT, AUS, PRO. Therefore, users cannot deploy to INT if the version was not previously deployed to DEV.

To do that we use the version status. After deployment to DEV, we add a version status that allows this version to be deployed to INT.

Our problem is that users can add the version status manually and avoid this behavior. When we remove the user's permission to add release status, the deployment process fails: "User 'username' does not have Manage Version Status permission to a component: 'component.name'"

We think the process must be able to perform actions the user should not be able to do manually. Just like the DevOps Deploy Agent does on the mainframe.

    We are targeting this Idea for the 8.1.2 release. We have a similar request from another customer as well. We will keep you informed of our progress.
