Add support for a Force Refresh on Value Streams view

Currently, there is no way to apply or do a force refresh of any Value Stream Mappings (VSM). A user needs to fake modify the Value Stream JSON file (e.g. description field or a stage name) and wait for VSM to be refreshed, which may not be picked up by the background-processor pod immediately. This causes users to wait for longer in order to get Lead Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time for Changes etc.. metrics to be refreshed.

    This Idea has been reviewed with the product and engineering teams and design and development has started. We anticipate a release of this feature sometime in Q4 20224 or Q1 2025.
