This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Platform products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

According to the documentation provided by IBM https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/devops-velocity/5.0.x?topic=bar-bottleneck-detection , the Bottleneck Detection metric helps highlight points in the value stream where work is slowing down, allowing us to identify and mitigate potential delays in our delivery process.
Currently, this metric is not available on our dashboard. We would like to enable and configure the Bottleneck Detection feature to help optimize our workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Requested Action: We request assistance in enabling the Bottleneck Detection metric in our Insights Dashboard to monitor and address bottlenecks in our delivery process.

We have discussed this in our product management and engineering forum and have additional questions on this request. This metric is not quantifiable(numeric) and it's unclear how this would be represented on either a bar chart or line graph in a meaningful way. We request additional information and/or a meeting with the requested to help clarify.
