Refresh Token support (instead of username/password fields) in ServiceNow UCV plugin

Latest UCV ServiceNow plugin (v1.1.8) has added support for OAUTH 2.0 however, it's still asking to supply the username and password for generating Access Token, which can be a security violation in some companies as well as for ServiceNow ops team.

There is an alternate way to generate the Access Token - using the Refresh Token, which can completely eliminate the use of username and password fields and make it more compliant.

This is to add a support in ServiceNow plugin for adding one extra field which can take Refresh Token from the user and use that to generate the Access Token.
