Environment Properties should override Environment Template Properties

I don't know if this is the intended behavior, defect or user error. 

I have an Application Template.  Within the Application Template are Environment Templates.  Within the Environment Templates there are properties defined.  

I would like to be able to override those at the concrete Environment level.

So, I create an application from my template. It creates me a concrete environment based on the template. And there I want to change the "default" value of a property as defined in the Environment Template by adding the property on the concrete Environment.

Currently, the deployment process resolves the property to that defined on the Template.

    Hi Matthew, a little more feedback on this for your reference.

    "They should be able to edit the value for the property on the “Basic Settings” pane of the configuration tab of the environment. They are near the bottom so they may have to scroll. Its also on the dialog when creating the environment. If a name conflict between those properties on the basic settings pane on properties on the environment occur, the property on the basic settings pane will be used."

    We reviewed this with our development team and they believe there is a configuration issue. Could you review your setup for the templates and let us know? If needed, you could open a support case and they can help you diagnose the problem. Thank you for submitting this idea.
