We are in need of verification that ubancode deploy server, relay, and agents will work on RHEL 9.

Currently we are feverishly working to get our uDeploy release up to a support release.  Currently running 7.0.3.2 and need to get this upgraded to 7.2.3.12 before eventually jumping to 8.0.x.  

At the same time we need to begin our move from RHEL 8 to RHEL 9, but we cannot confirm if 7.0.3.2 will work on RHEL 9.  It was suggested for us to test, however we wouldn't have the necessary confort level if we can "get it to work", but then find out something is wrong.
Since IBM has the necessary knowledge to know if all the intricate parts are working properly, can IBM perform this testing to confirm 7.0.3.2 will work on RHEL 9.

    We need to open a support case to submit your plans for upgrade. An interim upgrade will be necessary to migrate your JMS agents to web socket communication. We have a lead L2 support engineer that can review the upgrade plan and also provide recommendations on testing with RHEL 9 operating system level. If you can open a support case, please share that case with Brandon Bissonette (brandon.bissonnette@ibm.com) from IBM as well as Randall Langehennig (rlange@ibm.com), they will escalate this to our L2 support team. Please document all the details around this upgrade in the support case as much as you can.

    This forum around an Idea is not the proper place to cover an upgrade plan. As a result, we are going to close this Idea as 'Not under consideration'.
