This mainly concerns component processes, since in our experience they get very complex.

Using for example git would bring several benefits, such as:

    • Enable better traceability of changes, and improve workflow when colleagues review and approve changes. This would drastically reduce the risk of mistakes or malicious changes being mistakenly approved.
    • Allow more flexibility when working on process improvements by using git branches.
    • Ability to make detailed comparisons of different versions of the process.
    • Ability to trace the origin of each parameter/step/step property without needing to look through every single version of the process.
