UCV executor plugin to return valid http status code

This plugin returns 200 every single time, even if the deployment can't be started or if there's something wrong with the json data that gets passed. The plugin is supposed to respond with an error if the incorrect data gets passed (e.g. pipeline doesn't exist, incorrect build number, missing application, etc).
