This idea is to be able to manage "actions" in the role configuration. An example would be under "Resource", "Create Resource" we would have the actions "Create" & "Copy" and under "Edit" we would have "Update a resource's parent". Ideally we'd be able to manage actions more in line with the API request types. This would give more granular control over security, and example would be where we wanted a user to be able to "Copy" a resource but not "Move" it as we have seen users break a resource tree by inadvertently moving a resource within it.

Hi Edward, for this Idea, are you focused only on the Resource Role Configuration? Please see my attached screen shot and let me know if I am focused on the right area. We will pass along this information to the development team. Thank you!
Thank you for this idea. We will review this with our development team to get an estimate on the effort to implement more granular security roles so that a more "Junior Administrator" does not accidentally move, remove, or edit a resource tree that could impact an application deployment.
