New category 'Technical' for application processes to remove exposure to the user

Designing the processing for our Cobol pipeline we have ran into situations when we need to start a process in another environment then the one that was requested by the user.

For example when we deploy to PR we need to start a process in a test environment to update our metadata repository (this is because the resources to update this repository only exists in test).

To achieve this we now need to call an applications process pointing to the test environment from a process running in PR. The problem is that having an application process for this exposes it to be a choice in the list of Processes in the deployment wizard for the user. We only want this application process to be run from the main process and never be ran by itself.

A way of solving this would be to perhaps have a category of applications processes as "technical" that only could be executed from another process. This would remove the exposure to the user.
