Licensing Fault does not specify if relays or application servers are losing license connectivity.

If you have 600 agents, an admin cares more if the application server  or the agent relays cant connect to the license server.  Now if one agent looses license the error message makes the tool look unstable. It needs more detail. Needs more granular message. See original message

A license could not be obtained for a server or agent. Please check your server log for more information.

    Could you please provide logs or screenshots about the situation? What kind of information is missing?

    Also could you give more insight, why connection to the license server is lost?
