I do see a plugin for ACE v11 ( I found link to ACE plugin for UCD - https://www.urbancode.com/plugindoc/app-connect-enterprise/ ) - customer testing to see if that would resolve issues with ACE v12 deployments.

Hello, this is a field blocker for the customer. UrbanCode is used for deployment of integration flows.
IIB v10 is EOS the end of this month and customers need to migrate to ACE (AppConnect). If a connector or workaround is not made available then manual deployment will be required
We have exactly the same issue during our Integration Broker migration from v10 (IIB10) to v12 (ACE12). Basically, this plugin issues is completely stopped our usage of UCD on ACE12.
