Add Proxy Support with UCV Installation

During UCV installation, if we are in restricted network or behind firewall, installer fails with connectivity error. Currently, workaround is to set proxy and then kick start the installer or embed the proxy globally

It will be better to have proxy connection only during installation so that we do not have to perform additional steps.

Thank You for input. UCV can be also installed using the offline installation files which provide all the packaged container images which will be pushed to your local registry during installation. Also the installation document describes how to pull from (internet) container registry then push to internal one.

    Please check.
