Both ODM plug-ins (source and automation) have been updated with the requested functionality and can be downloaded from the github repository. The documentation will be updated soon.

HCL is our development and IPP partner and actively developing UCD and it's plug-ins. There were some challenges, but together with the ODM IBM team we are working to deliver it as soon as possible.
Osman,
Based on your comments below, an upgrade is actively being worked on to support this issue. Can you confirm that there will be a new version released by plugin development? I know timelines are hard to lock down but we are receiving mixed messages about who is responsible for this fix (IBM, HCL, the community) and I want to make sure we know one is coming before we consider customization.
Thank you with your patience as the change takes longer than expected. The plug-in development, IBM and customer teams are in regular contact with this high priority RFE.
We are now beyond the EFA and we have heard no news on this feature that was to be included in current sprint, can we please get an update? Thank you

The plan is to have it released in the last week of August. Should there be a delay, then (enf of) first week of September. No exact date provided

The feature that is described in this request is a candidate in development backlog and next sprints
Thank You for your input, our Development is now reviewing this enhancement request and will give feedback as soon as possible.
Now that our company is moving to OKTA authentication, this feature is critical to our use of ODM with OpenId connect. We use UCD to deploy our Rule snapshots and without an OKTA enabled IBM UCD deployment plug-in, we will need to look for an alternative solution.
