Set automatic refresh ability on the federated deployment view

When viewing the federated deployment dashboard, it would be useful to have an option to automatically refresh the screen. We are planning to use the federated deployment dashboard to monitor our releases for multiple teams.

    IBM UrbanCode Release is EOS now, please have a look at IBM UrbanCode Velocity

    Please provide a new RFE based on the latest versions if needed
