Hi Team,

We have option on the "message of the Day" if we would like to communicate anything to users. If we have any better option like, if we add any message whenever user tries to login it should open window with the message and user has to click ok to proceed. Like if we add message now, if just displays on the top navigation bar and most of the users not worried to look at it. If we have some better functionality to achieve that would really works.
