API Endpoints needed

While automating the registration of new WAS instances in UCD, I came across some missing API Endpoints that are essential to enable complete automation of this function.

There is no function to delete an Application. Currently I use this undocumented internal endpoint:
/rest/deploy/application/[application-id]" -X DELETE

There is no function to unmap a Component from an Application. Currently I use this undocumented internal endpoint:
/rest/deploy/application/[application_id]/removeComponents" -X PUT -H "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" -d '{"components":["[component_id]"]}'

There is no function to delete a Component. Currently I use this undocumented internal endpoint:
/rest/deploy/component/[component-id]" -X DELETE
