UCD - Clear message when step fails

Sometimes it happens that steps during a deployment fail. The output log remains empty, so it is hard to find out what the cause of the failed step is.
In our case the problem was the performance. The agent does not respond to the server request in time. This is found in the server logs with message: com.urbancode.ds.subsys.deploy.workflow.activity.PluginCommandActivity.activityFailed(PluginCommandActivity.java:717).
It would have saved us a lot of trouble and searching if the output log would have provided meaningful feedback.
Therefore, provide the meaningful feedback in the ooutput log with a message like: Agent timeout, or Agent Communication failure due to timeout.

    Due the age of this RFE and the massive changes in the product since 2016 this RFE will be closed.

    Please check with latest versions of IBM UrbanCode Deploy and if needed create new RFE.
