Support for new feature of Rational Integration Tester 9.5

As a part of new feature introduced in the latest RIT v9.5, we need to add a custom user sensitive param with name 'secrets' to the RunTests command (RunTests command used within your RIT Plugin to execute tests) so that the RunTests command executed from your Plugin will look like:

RunTests -project -environment - run -secrets

In the above command, the values 'Project', 'Environment' and 'Test Resources' comes from your Plugin Properties as outlined in https://developer.ibm.com/urbancode/plugindoc/ibmucd/green-hat-plug/1-2/steps/

Additionally, we need an another Input Property in your Plugin named 'Secrets' which might have the Description 'Secrets collection name' (I will confirm from the team soon) and this new Input Property value will go in the above RunTests command 'Secrets_Collection_name'. Please note that this new Input Property is user sensitive and so it should not be written in your UCD logs.

The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, or the idea has aged or has been implemented, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.
