SOAP request SAML assertion is not functional by default on WAS.

When a SOAP SAML request which contains a full blown SAML assertion in it is sent over as an http post to WAS, it doesn't process the SAML assertion. Out of the box there is a WEB SSO TAI which can process a SAML assertion provided all the SAML assertion attributes are sent in as separate POST parameters. the Web SSO TAI apparently has code to process a SAML assertion but it also expects the SAML assertion to be sent in as a html form with name value pairs. We are attempting to send a SOAP request which is a single http post parameter and this http post has a full SAML assertion in it. This is not supported and we want this feature to be included in the base product on WAS. It could be implemented as another out of the box TAI for handling SAML with SOAP over http.
