Remove wlp/usr-prefix from server package output zip

When executing the server package command the resulting zip entries start with wlp/usr-directory entries.
This is the case, even when the customer has a custom WLP_USER_DIR configured (so that they do not have the server profiles underneath the wlp/usr-directory) or when the customer does not have WLP installed under wlp (e.g. they installed it under wlp17003).
