Allow to rename WebSphere traditional server-name

The renaming of WAS server-name is not support,  the rename in WAS of hostname, Cell and node is supported.

A reason that need to rename server name:

There are times that there is a mistake in WAS server-name that it was built and a rename of server-name will fix it,

instead of delete the WAS server and rebuild it with the new correct server-name.

Another reason:  

In case of copy WAS profile to another  machine (new host name)   if in the new host name the WAS server-name need to be changed

(because of installation naming conventions) a WAS server-name  rename option is needed. 

Conclusion: 

IBM understood that rename WAS scope entities is needed and gave rename option to Cell and Node.

Now a rename for server-name is needed.
