Deployment of HA DMGR in AWS using Application Load Balancers instead of On-demand routers

It is useful for the customer that is deploying traditional BAW 24 in AWS using EC2 instances. In QA and Prod they have an active passive stray nodes deployment across two availability zones within the same region.

They have the request of having a DMGR available when they change to the other Availability Zone, so an alternative is deploying DMGR with a HA configuration.

According to the documentation this is achieved by deploying On-demand routers in an on-prem scenario.

The request leverages the Application Load Balancers on AWS infrastructrue to act as On-demand router and therefore optimize the use of resources and simplify the architecture.
