Request to set the transaction timeout on connections to Microsoft SQL Server to a value other than infinity.

Our company has a production Business Process Management deployment which experiences intermittent outages due to the fact that we are unable to reset the transaction timeout on connections to Microsoft SQL Server to a value other than infinity. This negatively impacts the availability of our solution.

We request the means to either A) pass through the global transaction timeout on the current thread of execution to the XAResource.setTransactionTimout(...) method or if this is not possible B) specify a property on the datasource containing a value which will be passed to the XAResource.setTransactionTimeout method.
