Switch option to finish searching all repositories in the federated repositories right after user is found.

In customer's WAS 8.5.5.x system, many base entries for each CN entries in customer's LDAP are registered to the federated repositories. In current design, search results for user are returned after all repositories are searched.

Federated repositories - IBM Documentation
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/was-nd/8.5.5?topic=configuration-federated-repositories
---
For example, there might be three different repositories that are configured for the federated repositories configuration: Repository A, Repository B, and Repository C. When user1 logs in, the federated repository adapter searches each of the repositories for all of the occurrences of that user. If multiple instances of that user are found in the combined repositories, an error message displays.
---

But, user search would take longer time if many base entries are registered even though user is early found in a repository. This behavior caused login delay in customer's system. So, the customer requests to add switch option to finish searching all repositories in the federated repositories right after user is found. If search result is returned right after user is found in a repository, login would be complete with shorter time.

Thank you for the suggestion. The requirement does have merit, but looking at it with respect to our total backlog of requests we do not see sufficient interest in this enhancement to merit delivery any time in the foreseeable future. Given the unlikelihood that we would deliver this, we are declining the request rather than leaving it in an uncommitted state for an extended period of time. If you would like to discuss this decision further, please contact Graham Charters <charters@uk.ibm.com>.
