Allow to roll over log files on a daily basis Merged

Our product "Blueworks Live" (cloud offer of IBM BPM) used to run on jetty, and we can roll over the logs on daily basis, such as the messages.log, trace.log, and http access logs. After we move to liberty platform, we were told the roll over only based on the file size.

Yes, this is a duplicate of request 83861, but the priority assigned to 83861 is too low. For us, this is a high priority and is a significant roadblock to effective problem-determination. Thanks.
