    The functionality for this RFE was delivered in Open Liberty using the following Epic: https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-liberty/issues/9809


    For the Websphere Traditional delivery the following APAR was used: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/PH33180


    The fix is targeted for inclusion in Open Liberty 21.0.0.2, Websphere Traditional 8.5.5.20 and 9.0.5.7.

    In addition, the function change should be well advertised. I did not find it in the 8.5.5.16 release notes when I stumbled across this change. I would also like to see an AdminTask method to support this configuration change (AdminTask.listChains is insufficient) and the IP list should also support hostnames in the list (if your DNS is dead, your are dead in the water regardless).
