Adding feature available in WebSphere Application Server full profile "Authenticate when any URI is accessed" to WebSphere Liberty Profile.

Require this function to enforce websphere security for commercial off the shelves applications that doesn't use Java EE security to protect URI. This is required if we want to use websphere security to handle authentication and passing on the credential to the COTS products where they usually do provide a framework to support single sign on.

    Thank you for the suggestion. The requirement does have merit, but looking at it with respect to our total backlog of requests we do not see sufficient interest in this enhancement to merit delivery any time in the foreseeable future. Given the unlikelihood that we would deliver this, we are declining the request rather than leaving it in an uncommitted state for an extended period of time.
