Code review rules migration (from RTRT 8.0.0.0 to 8.0.1.2)

New code review rules have been added in the RTRT 8.0.1.2.
However, when opening an existing project from RTRT 8.0.0.0, using a codereview XML configuration, the new rules are not displayed in the configuration list.
The new rules are activated with the default severity.
Since they are not displayed, it is not possible to change their severity (to disable them for example).
The request evolution is to automatically update the configuration file by adding the new rules with their default severity.
