provide a hyperlink to web reports on RPT Preferences -> Test -> Performance Test Reports -> Web Reports

RPT has a web reports feature, has for years and years. The URL for the web reports is documented in the KC at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSNKWF_10.0.1/com.ibm.rational.test.lt.doc/topics/t_rem_acces_web_rep.html

but better yet avoid the user having to search the KC for the URL, I recommend putting a hyperlink on the preferences dialog itself
