We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea
Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive a notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.
If you encounter any issues accessing the Ideas portals, please send email describing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org for resolution.

Create a Reference using JSON expression extractor
We are looking for a new feature to create a reference using JSON expression instead of Regular expression. And also at rules file. All our upcoming applications are developed using JSON requests and responses, which are changing dynamically for each release and we are not able to reuse our scripts. We have tried auto correlation for JSON and it's not working as expected. I had discussions with PaulLiskayHCL on this he suggested we use rules to overcome this. As part of POC with other tools(JMeter), we found writing JSON expressions are easy using http://jsonpathfinder.com/. So it will save a lot of time at the time of manual correlation. Please let me know if you need any more information on this. And also we are happy discuss on this. Thanks!
All of our new web applications are developed using single page with node.js. All requests and responses are in JSON format and are changing dynamically for each and every release. We cannot re-use most of them. So for every release we are doing a recording and manual correlation. Part of them are using rules files. Sometimes creating a regex is taking longer time. Based on our POC with JMeter, JSON expressions are easy and less time taking when compared to Regex expressions. So it would be great if you can provide the option JSON Expression extractor at the time of reference creation. It will save lot of our efforts
