Problem determination log in webui shouldn't be generated When change problem determination log level to "none"

We are using WebUI perspective(RFT10.5.2).

One day, we noticed document_root size is 1.39GB and workspace size is 1.85GB.

75% is being used by document_root.


Default problem determination log level was "warning" so I changed it to "none" but log files were still being generated.

We think we need to remove document_root folder in th future after use webui for a long period.


Therefore, We request that problem determination log file won't be generated When change the problem determination log level to "none".
