Stand alone RIT needs to support secure MS Active Directory

we support use of Microsoft Active Directory for Permissin Settings under Project settings, reference

That dialog leaves out that we only support unsecure MS AD (default port 389).

The whole industry is moving to secure connections, we need to support MS AD using secure connection (default port 636).

The work around is to configure RTCP to authenticate using secure MS AD then have RIT use RTCP for authentication.

This doesn't work if customer does not have RTCP in their environment. RTCP is not a requirement to use RIT.
