Document vb.NET integration in online documentation Merged

Online documentation of the vb.NET integration for RFT is severely lacking.

First item noticed missing was the datapool documentation. I still do not know how to integrate into a project. The implementation is crude and I find using an Excel spreadsheet much easier.

Next lack of documentation was found as I was trying to add references to the custom assemblies we had developed. I had to revert to old book and after involving Tech Support I discovered that the standard .NET assemblies are included via a different method than the other or custom assemblies. I originally had to question whether this was still supported in the VS2019 integration
