IBM RTCP portal Scheduling tab issue

Grant access to User at RTCP Domain Level. (Domain Administrator / User / API User)
2. Schedule a Job on RTCP Server via RIT.
3. Logged on RTCP Server, expected to see only the scheduled job by him self, but seeing multiple jobs of other domain along with his Own.
4. As per the PMR (Case TS001309129) this is a code change it's an issues.
5. Basically as a manager am should not see other domain scheduled job's on RTCP except concerned Domain.

    When scheduling tests on Rational Test Control Panel, domain level security is not applicable as the test being scheduled is not part of a domain. The scheduling dialog has been enhanced to make this clearer to users.
