Enhance Change's Download Function

As described in the above PMR, Change uses /tmp to move files out of Synergy in preparation to download them to the user's browser (UNIX solution). The problem is that most UNIX operating systems use /tmp for their swap space and when it runs out of space the server either becomes unstable and/or crashes. So, we'd like to have the ability to tell Change where to download the Synergy files to (option in pt.cfg maybe). The other part of this request is to see if Change could provide the user some kind of indication that something is actually happening after the download button is hit (circle of death, status bar, hour glass, the options are endless). See the use case below for more details.
