Queue Refresh of Manifests for All Agents in BuildForge

BuildForge is commonly used tool in our organization for Version Management, Build and Deploying applicaitons into WebSphere and various servers.
It helps us in faster development and delivery of applications.

Description : We are having issues with BuildForge Servers Manifest refresh.
Whenever there is an outage of Licenses the manifest data in all the servers present in BuildForge is missing. We are using collectors to setup manifest data of servers in BuildForge based on the manifest data we configure the selectors for runnin the jobs in buildforge.

So when the selectors are not able to find the servers to execute the job based on the Manifest data jobs are failing with error Unable to find server to execute.

We have the Server Test freqeuncy setup to 60mins for the auto refresh of manifest but we have many scheuled jobs which will be running very freqeuntly. All these jobs are failing due to this.

We can do Queue Manifest Refresh Manually but, we have many servers so doing "Queue Manifest Refresh" manually is not a good option.

We reqeust you to create a feature which can "Refresh the Manifest data of all servers" at once. This feature will help us a lot when we have an outage situation to get things back to working.
