Functional ID used with Buildforge requires passworfd management intergration with Cyberark.

CASE: TS002704430
We have a Functional ID tpccadm that is used to connect from linux to connect the BF windows agent.
We need to be able to use the FID without knowing the password.
Citi has an application 'Cyberark' that manages the FID passwords.

Would you be able to assist how we can integrate BF FID tpfccadmn password to managed by Cyberark

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.

Could you please provide contact information for development team? I would need to set up a meeting with the Citi CyberArk team.

The Build Forge Development Team is in the process of evaluating this RFE and would like to request more details on how CyberArk is expected to be used with Build Forge. This is currently a unique request and a better understanding of the use case should help us determine what kind of functionality changes could be required.

Would both Build Forge Management Console and Agent be required to interface with CyberArk setup? Or can the Agent alone contact CyberArk and determine if a connection from Management Console should be allowed?
What is the type of interface available on the current setup of CyberArk?
Online research reveals several different APIs and methods for CyberArk. If a more specific (minimal) use case or interface could be specified, it could make the RFE more doable; likely to be included in the plan.

The Development Team will be available to talk over a meeting if necessary. The development team will then be able to determine the feasibility and hopefully later a plan for implementing certain prioritized parts of enhancement in a future release. Please note that this RFE is still an uncommitted item but more use case information can help us decide sooner.
