RELATED IDEAS

Please add feature to rotate buildforge log

Build forge log file is created under BF_HOME directory once BF engine is started. This log file grow to unlimited (over 6GB in 40 days in my case). Restart of the server will remove this file and created again.

The problem with this is
- Hard to investigate any issue at specific day as the log size is too big.
- All log since the last start of engine will be lost if physical server rebooted by incidnet.

Enterprise level of software should provide controls of its log. Please add the feature of rotating log per period.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, too aged so plans may have changed or has been implemented, so the idea will be closed.
