Remediate the limitation on Snapshot Set buttons in the UI

In a Build Forge deployment of over 1000 projects, the snapshot set icon does not appear reliably on each project that contains snapshots. This is due to an array variable used with the size of 1000 to collect the list of projects to be parse and verify if a snapshot icon needs to be generated. This variable is hard coded in various places under the Build Forge UI code, this RFE would request that the variable be changed to accommodate Build Forge deployments containing over 1000 projects.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, too aged so plans may have changed or has been implemented, so the idea will be closed.
