Add Support for Synergy to Global Configuration Management (TRS)

Please let the Global Configuration Management feature which was introduced to the Jazz Platform also Cover Rational Synergy.

This was the Requirement voted to the 2nd place at the German UGC Meeting in 2015.

We do not have plans to address your request in the near future due to limited time and many competing priorities, but may consider it at a later time.
