Improve the Sync performance in Synergy 7.2.1 when there is a lot of types in the database.

When the number of types increases (tested with 500 types) in a Synergy 7.2.1 database, the first Sync operation, launched after you started the Synergy client, is getting slower.
Once a first Sync has been done, the next Syncs are fast.

Ex: with 500 types:
-In Synergy 7.2.1.3, the first Sync launched in a user session is very slow before showing the files in conflict: about 2 minutes.
-In Synergy 7.1.0.7.003, the first Sync launched in a user session is almost immediate.

This RFE is to improve the Sync performance in Synergy 7.2.1 for that first Sync, when there is a lot of types in the database.

    In our business unit HFB we have approx. 150 users with this performance problem every day.

    There is a big business impact on this sync action because we lost every day 17 man-days at minium. The explanation for this waste of developer time is:

    For the Synergy actions 1) sync a project, directory or file, 2) change type or 3) change action list for Sync Work Area round 500 developers have to wait roundabout 100 seconds for one action with the GUI. If every developer does only one of this action 10 times on different databases we have a sum of 5000000 seconds which are more than 17 man-days.
    We can't reduce the number of file types because we have a lot of database with several terra bytes data inside and all the databases belong to greater DCM clusters where the types are essential.
