In Deployment Planning, a validator should be available for IP Ports to verify uniqueness across all units configuring ports in the scope of an operating environment.
For example, the TCP Listener for MQ must determine an IP port for a given IP Address. The port must be unique to all configured ports for a given IP Address. In a large topology, the number of units configuring a port usage can be large. Manually determining uniqueness is a cumbersome task. Further, if a port is not unique, and a deployment occurs, the resulting runtime will fail without port uniqueness.
