Style of RichText tables should be configurable.

When creating a table in a RichText enabled field of RSA (for instance under the Documentation tab in the properties view), the table comes with a global border, and each single cell is also bordered. This gives the confusing impression that every cell is bordered by two lines.

It would be quite interesting to give the user the possibility to customize this style (and on a more generic level the style of every RichText component) by offering either some predefined choices (at least, a single-lined border or a dotted border) or, even better, the possibility to define a css style.
