add new TCJS type to support batch build of EXE TC's via pre-requisite mechanisms

when you need to build sub-sets of TCs split across multiple model projects and sub-directories of transforms, the only eclipse mechanism (multi-select range, alt/click to add/remove selections) is cumbersome.

can you add some new TC type (batch/build, make) that allows for having multiple EXE TC's as pre-requisites?

this would be the equivalent of providing multiple TCJS directly to the model compiler

it would be nice if this batch TC type were supported by the model complier (similar pattern to how many many library TC can be pre-requisites of an EXE
