Include an option in the EJB Project wizard to configure EJB client jars to the EAR lib directory
This is created in response to RATLC02596350
There were differences between the way EJB client jars were configured when created in the EJB project wizard. The EJB client jar was added to the root of the EAR upon creation but added to the lib directory folder when configured via the Deployment Assembly page. To improve the experience, there should be a feature of adding an option in the EJB project wizard to configure EJB client jars in the default EAR lib directory folder.
