For Assets
In the request permission Dialog we are looking for the following changes.
1. We need to re-label the ?Request:' text to say ?Provide a valid business reason why you need access'.
2. We need to update the help content to say: ?DSAM access requests must be approved by the content owners; in order to expedite the time it takes to fulfill your request, please provide a valid business reason why you need access.'
3. Lastly, and most importantly, wen need to make the comments field mandatory? If the user leaves the text box NULL, give them an error message and tell them they must provide a reason
