Need Operations notifications for RAM situations needing immediate attention, such as File System Full, or File System at Threshold (example, 80% or higher)

Request is for RAM to provide it's own monitoring and health reporting.

Large number of active users. Thresholds, and Admin controlled settings, or compiled in settings can quickly bring a server down. Proactive internal monitoring of RAM by itself would be best.
